What is a Pop-Up Picnic?


To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.




How do I book a Pop-Up Picnic?


Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library




Is food provided?


To ensure your food is perfect for you and your guest, we leave the food selection at your descretion. Here are a few options: 1. Provide food for you & your guest 2. Have guest bring a dish to share 3. We have recommendations for catered meals & personal chef's




Do you offer photo packages?


Yes we do! You can add on a 30 minute Mini Photo Shoot to any of our picnic packages. Your photos will be taken by a professional photopgraher. The photo fee must be paif in full along with your 50% deposit for your pop-up picnic.




What happens if it rains?


If you book an outdoor pop-up picnic, we will discuss an alernate indoor location at the time of booking. If there is a chance of rain on your booked day, you can make the decision to select the outdoor location, reschedule (you are allowed 1 reschedule date at no charge), or choose to take the chance to have it in your original location. We do not provide refunds.Services are non-transferable.




Are there restrictions if I want to have my pop-up picnic in a public park?


We will discuss your location in advance and we will inform you if there are any known guidelines for that location. In general, public parks prohibit alcohol and glass bottles/containers as well as open flames. Although it is possible to "bypass" those restrictions, it is not recommended. We would hate for your expereince to ended prematurly.




What are your safety measures due to COVID-19?


We take the health of our clients as well as our own very seriously. In compliance with the CDC guidelines we are taking the following precations: All taam members will waer face masks & practice social distancing for the entirety we are on location. We will remain at social distance from our clients as much as the space allows. All of our set-ups will done with social distancing in mind. We will make every effort to provide the safest configuation for you and your guest. We've switched from our traditonal flatware to single-use utensils. Plates & drinkware will remain in the clients possesion at the conclusion of the picnic. We do not re-use either item. Our tables, rugs, and all table decorations will be disinfected and sanatized after each picnic All pillow covers and linens used will be washed after each picnic. A special sanitizer solition will be add to each wash.
